Delivery
1. When should I expect to receive my rental?
Our delivery crew begins delivering at 6:30am, what time they reach you depends on your location and the location of other rentals. If you need your rental by a certain time please contact us at 318-316-3050 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. Does someone need to be home during the drop off?
Yes, we need someone to tell us where to set up the rental. If this is an issue please contact us and we can work out the details.
Set-up
3. Where can I set up the waterslide or jumper?
The unit must be placed within 75ft of a main power source. We will provide the extension chords for this distance. The ideal place is a clear grassy area with the slide sloping downward.
4. Do I need water hoses?
We will provide water hoses from the connection of the waterslide to the ground. You will need water hoses to connect to the closest water source from there.
Usage
5. Can we use chemicals such as baby oil, soap or other cleaners?
NO! We sanitize and clean the units with special chemicals that are not harmful to the slide or those who use the slide. Baby oil, soap and other chemicals can also cause damage to the unit that would result in a damage fee.
6. Should we deflate the unit when not using it?
NO! Please keep the slide blown up for the entire rental period. EXCEPT FOR DURING HIGH WINDS!
Units
7. Do the waterslides have pools at the bottom?
Some of the slides have pools while others have inflated pools that do begin to hold water once water is added. This feature allows the slide to be used wet or dry and ensures a softer landing.
8. What do I do if I have guests of a variety of ages?
We have units that are the perfect fit for guests ranging from toddler to adult such as our Radical Run Obstacle Course . This unit is loved by all ages!
Rentals
9. Do you offer one day rentals?
YES! Please contact us at 318-316-3050 to schedule. We offer one day rentals in case of venues that need the unit removed the same day as the party.
